- Vastly Improve's Your TV's Sound
In March '09 we purchased a Samsung LN52A650 TV. After several weeks of viewing enjoyment, the only thing we found fault with was the internal sound/speakers. Not wanting a full home theater system (5.1 surround, etc.), we solved the problem with a Boston Acoustics TVEE 2 Soundbar.
Not only does it vastly improve the acoustics, but the TV's remote can be programmed easily to increase or decrease volume coming directly from the Soundbar itself after the TV's internal speakers are disabled. ... Read More

- Not a review but a couple of questions....
Why is there such a large after market on refurbished Boston Acoustics TVee units? Are these being returned for defects or by dissatisfied costumers and being sold basically as used items?
I like the idea of the TVee -- I am not looking for a surround sound system and only something to clip on to my 42" plasma -- but the after market concerns me.
Also, does anyone know if this comes with mounting brackets to clip on to the top or bottom of the flat screen display?

- Excellent sound in a small room
This Boston Acoustics soundbar provides sound so superior to that from the Television itself, without cluttering my small den with all the speakers and wires that would be part of a surround system. Installation was very easy, and I achieved what I had hoped to achieve without a substantial investment.
