The order was placed on Thursday and arrived on Monday!The colors look great.I might try compatible inks sometime but the with/without chip designation puts a shiver down my backbone just a bit.The free shipping was the icing on the cake.The three colored inks went down at different rates...all three cartridges had to be replaced in a couple of weeks.The individual cartridges still seem to be a good idea though.If you run out of ink you just can't print, no continuing!Amazon has the ... Ink is ink, right? My thought process is this: I spent good money on a name-brand printer, so why try to go cheap on non-brand ink? Buy the Canon ink for the Canon printer. It works. Isn't that about all one can say about ink?

- This is my own fault...
The package came and after 20 years of ordering on-line and always getting what I ordered I got the wrong ink. The box looks the same and the cartridges (unsurprisingly) look the same, but they're not. I am sure the ink would have been replaced by the dealer, particularly if I had noticed it when it came, but I unpacked it, threw the paperwork away, set the box on the shelf and didn't catch on until I went to use it some time later. So this is a warning -- check it out when you get it!

This is a great buy!I went to Wal-Mart to buy the 3 which were $15 each for a total of $45.The 3 cartridges on this site sells for $30 with free shipping - a real bargain.
