- Uncomfortable and dysfunctional
When I got a new telephone answering system, it turned out that I also needed to record auto-attendant messages.Well, Logitech is a brand I have liked and this looked like just the thing: USB plug and play, and it says "comfort" right in the name.
Ugh.
I tried to install this thing 4 separate times onto my PC running Vista.The headphones installed right away, and after finding and setting the "default playback device" on the control panel, the sound actually was pretty good.And ... Read More

This headset was simple to install and works fine. i haven't used it for long times yet so I can't speak to it's long term comfort but so far it is a good comfortable headset.

Nice product for Mac users, who do not have the option of line-in microphones for Skype, etc. and for whom many bluetooth headsets which work fine on PC's do not work for microphone input.
Just plug it in, go to System Preferences > Sound and select the headset for the input and output devices.
Worked perfectly with Skype, and the sound quality of the microphone recording an audio track in Garage Band was totally fine - more than adequate for doing voice-overs of movies, ... Read More

I like this product... i got it because i just switched to mac and it was the only usb headset that specifically said it would work with a mac... my MAJOR problem with it is when im on skype or other voice software the people im talking to say that it is way to sensitive. If I am listening to music or watching tv (which i frequently do while im on the computer) they hear the music or other background noise at the same volume or at times at a higher volume then my voice... even when I had my tv at ...
