I have used many different AntiVirus, AntiSpam and Internet Security products and BitDefender is the best I have used so far.The installation went well and the config wizards made it easy to get up-and-running quickly. It works more transparently than others (NAV and Kaspersky). Any time a program wants to access the net, a window pops saying a rule is created or asks me if I want to allow it. A few weeks after install, I got a warning message saying BitD was no longer responding - contact Tech Support.I did, got an automated reply telling me to run some diagnostics.I did.Now we're in week 3, and no response yet after I pinged them two more times.Tried the phone # on the website, but after several automated menus they tell you to go to the website.

Don't buy it.
