Amazon.com Review:
A satiny sheen and touches of color give Rachel Ray's 10-piece stainless-steel cookware set a stylish look that's also functional and durable. Included in the grouping are an 8-quart covered stockpot, 1-1/2- and 3-quart covered saucepans, 8- and 10-inch open skillets, and a 10-inch covered sauté pan. Stainless steel is a popular all-around cooking material because it heats quickly and evenly, while the aluminum-capped bases add energy efficiency and excellent heat retention. Plus, the metal doesn't react to acidic foods, resists corrosion and scratches, and cleans easily with just a sponge.
The cookware set also features high-arching handles covered in grippy orange silicone that stay cool on the range and are oven-safe to 400 degrees F. Riveted on for strength, they won't warp, bend, or break no matter how heavy the load or how often used. Glass lids also keep the chef informed on what's happening inside the pots without letting heat, nutrients, or flavor escape. A nice starter set that's both versatile and inclusive, this collection is perfect for a new homeowner or as a smartly polished upgrade to a worn, gathered-over-the-years menagerie. It's backed by a lifetime limited warranty. --Kara Karll

- Ruined my wife's Mothers day - rebate company bankrupt - leaking sauce pot where handle connects.
My wife wanted this set for Mother's day and such decided to order it a week or so ago.It arrived today. We unpacked it and read over the care instructions, etc.Just moments ago she decided to boil some eggs in the small deep sauce pot.Moments into the boil we hear this sizzling and popping coming from our ceramic stove top and there is a leak coming from the handle where it's riveted to the pot making filling the pan any deeper than where the handle attaches impossible.Despite it being ... I purchased these pans, which I love back Nov 2008.It is May 2009 and I'm still waiting for the $20 rebate.I call the company and each time I'm told it is being sent on a date that is in two weeks.I've now been told this 6 times.I have until May 17, this time.

- WONDERFUL SET!
I ordered this same set from JCPenney in January 2009 for $200 including shipping. Fortunately, I had about $180 worth of gift cards that needed to be used. I love everything about this set, especially the grippy handles. They are wonderful! I wasn't too sure, at first, whether I really wanted a nice set of pots and pans that had orange handles but it hasn't bothered me one bit. (I would have preferred blue or black or most any other color.) When I bought these at Penney's, I had five prerequisites: ... Read More

- Love it!
I love these pots and pans. They are very easy to use and cook a great meal. Just watch your boyfriend/husband, if you burn something they get stained.

- Love the set, EXCEPT for th LEAKS.
I got this set for Christmas and was so excited.I did all my research and knew what I was getting into with Stainless Steel.I don't have any problems with clean up with this set, just soak it a little or wash immediately after cooking and no problems. It still looks beautiful today. However, like the others my small pot leaks at the rivets in the handles. Now unlike the others my set came with no "instructions" or information about the manufacturer. So I had to research with Amazon's help how ...
