This is a very simple product for the price.You take the camera out of the box, put the included batteries in the camera, turn it on and press the red button to start recording.It has a flip out USB arm in lieu of a cable which is awesome.It zooms pretty well and videos are very clear with decent lighting.The sound on the camera cannot be adjusted or turned off when playing videos.It holds 30 minutes with no way to expand the memory.The software is ok but the video files are big (but ... I purchased this for a great price. It came within a few days. It worked right out of the box. This is a simple video camera you can take anywhere and the sound is so good I picked up conversatins in another room. If you want a small video camera you can take anywhere and view on any computer,this is the one. This goes down as one of the great buys.

Images are of moderate resolution.They look good in a small computer window, but poor in full-screen mode.I don't regret buying it, but if I had it to do over, I would choose a higher resolution gadget, perhaps one of the newer Flip models.Nonetheless, as a first camcorder and just to mess around, it's OK, and bargain priced.

I wasn't sure about this camcorder. But after using it for a couple of hours I don't know how I ever did without it. This is the easiest electronic device I have ever used. I was able to shoot and upload 2 video on Youtube without any effort. This device should be 10 stars. If you have a chance, get it! This will be the best device you'll ever buy to record family moments!!!
