I ordered four cartridges at the (somewhat) low price. When I ran the test page, the cartridge produced only about two inches worth of line, then ran out. I tried cleaning it and running the "cartridge cleaning" program, but nothing worked. And neither the box nor the insert have any information on how to contact the company. I have been ripped off!

I received my product quickly.My only comment is that Amazon notified me that the product had shipped to me about a week *after* I had already received the product - maybe because the shipper did not notify Amazon that they had shipped it??I like to know when to expect packages.Otherwise, service was good.

These cartridges were a great price, and that is what attracted me to this product.However, once the cartridges are installed - they first register as full, and after using them to print four papers of regular word documents, the computer notified me that I needed to buy more ink - and now I cannot print anything because I don't have any ink!!!These cartridges are sold less than half full.I am very disappointed and will never use this company again.When I spend that much money on something, ... I bought this remanufactured ink, for my Dell 720 printer, at a fraction of the cost that I would have paid through Dell themselves and the ink is great (well as great as ink can be...LOL).
I've had my Dell cartridges refilled before at a local shop and had issues with them working properly. That was not the case with these cartridges. I had to wipe off the connection plate on one of the cartridges but otherwise they have been working fabulously.

I WAS WELL PLEASE WITH MY CARTRIDGES AS WELL AS THE PRICE. I HAD INITIALLY READ THE DESCRIPTION AS TAKE 4 FOR LESS THINKING I WAS GETTING 4, UNTIL I REALIZE THAT THE DECRIPTION WAS A PLAY ON WORDS. THE DELIVERY WAS FAST ALSO. SO I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN.
