- Great value
I bought this for my son because I love my dutch oven although a different brand. So far, he's liked cooking with it. My favorite recipe to make in it is American Test Kitchen's no knead bread. I hope it holds up well.

i recently purchased this product.i took it for it's maiden voyage tonight by making coq au vin.the chicken browned beautifully.the crunchy bits came up very nicely when i deglazed.the heat distribution was excellent.clean-up was a snap.it performed just as it should have.
