Rating: - Callanetics really works!
I started using this exercise technique the minute I received it and realized that one of my aerobics instructors was using it in one of her toning classes unbeknown to me.I am witnessing quick results.
It is not an easy exercise, but very effective.If you haven't exercised for a while don't try to do all of the repetitions they do on each exercise or you will hurt yourself.Ouch!

- If you want a tight body this is the way to it!
I've done Callanetics since the 80s and whenever I lapse I am always amazed how quickly the exercises return my body to it's tightest and most fit possible. This new video takes all the best exercises from the original videos and really evolves it to the most safe, user-friendly version of this extraordinary program.

I enjoy doing the low impact exercises but my first thought was that the participants looked 'very plastic'& identical. I don't mean to be cruel & the ladies were lovely but perfect hair & makeup is just not what I picture when doing a workout...even the smiles were fixed & frozen. The original "10 years younger" video participants showed more emotions.
Just my opinion...

Why is this DVD not rated 5 star by everybody?It's so great!I, too, started off with Callan Pinckney way back when she put out her first video, and loved it then.Over the years, with a bad back which I did not know how to care for, her SuperCallanetics got to be painful and I was too proud to fall back to the lower levels, so took up other exercise programs, including yoga, tai chi, Lotte Berk Method, Pilates...
