I have "Feet of Despair" described as a "B" width, a narrow heel, low volume, weak ankles (trashed ankle ligaments), and a very low arch. And, if the shoe toe box is too narrow, I get blisters on the lower edge on several of my small toes.
These shoes are built on a "SL-2" Last and give me the fit, cushioning and stability I require and a bonus of never suffering from a blister!The substantial arc on the heel cup also eliminates up-down ... Read More

I had really bad foot cramps and my doctor recommended a motion control shoe. After researching all appropriate shoes I chose this. It has done a great job of reducing my foot problems

This shoe replaced the NB 1122, which I loved! The NB 1123 is a lighter shoe that has good cushioning and great room to accommodate orthotics, if you order the correct shoe size. Unfortunately for me, the pair I ordered had a defect in the stitching at the ball of the shoe which started to ravel. I returned them but should have requested a replacement pair. I also liked the comfortable snug fit. So, if you suffer from heel spurs, falling arches, flat feet, soft feet, and you are an over-pronator, ... Read More
