It was such a hassle to try to keep time on my iPod while I jogged, so I purchased the Timex Ironman with iPod connection so that I could have my iPod on my arm (rather than in my hand) and control my time and iPod all from the watch. The first time I used it I loved it and now I refuse to run without it!

This watch has been a great addition to my workout gear. It is so much easier to change songs or volume on my wrist rather falling off the treadmill while straining to do this with the iPod strapped to my arm. Highly recommended, easy to use!

This is my second Ironman watch and yet again I am pretty impressed with the added functionality. Its a great priced item and offers the user with dual interval timer offers, ipod remote, triple alarms which can be to the weekdays or weekends.

This product works well right out of the box.I had no problems setting it up or using it and the functions are intuitive.There are a couple of things to consider:
1. This is basically a one size fits all rubber banded watch, so it's a little large on women.This has an upside that the time face is large and easy to read.
