This is one of the best eyeliners I've used.Does not smudge and the color is great!Highly recommend.

I have this liner in multiple colors...Its glides on very easily and smoothly. It is a soft pencil and you do not have to struggle with it. It says "flashy" but the black is basically a rich, dark black (it's not metallic or anything). Love it Love it Love it. It's worth more than what I paid. You should definitely get it if you use a pencil style liner.
