Rating: - ToughSkin is a fake!
Yes, the toughskin protects your garmin from bumps and bruises. The protective screen is also helpful against scratches and fingerprints. What I did'nt like is that I could not plug my charger into the back with the toughskin & clip on. I'm not going to take the toughskin off every time I charge it. Thats a waste of my time. So, I returned the product for a full refund. My advice is to use a small purse, bag or camera case. Its alot cheaper, especially considering the times.
Rating: - Good, but required modification for USB port
Opened it up, put it on - fits great.The clip fit onto my Nuvi 260 with the skin on, and the window mount fit that too (Speck claim it fits the 260 on their website, although Amazon's site doesn't reflect that).Perfect.

But then I tried to plug in a USB cable to the USB port.Nothing lined up, so I had to remove the skin every time I wanted to connect to the computer, or recharge the unit.Is mine the only one like this?I didn't see a single other review that mentions this.

Rating: - Not fully compatible with Nuvi265T/275T
The cover fits nicely on my 265T, all ports/openings are fully accessible.The cover has a nice sturdy thick rubbery feel.However, the screen protector is about 1mm too small in each direction for the 265T/275T.It is stuck on the unit in a one-shot-only awkward process.Additionally, despite the claim, the car mount for the 265T/275T cannot be used with this case on the unit.

Rating: - Excellent Custom Fit
This is a quality custom fit rubber protection case!All the external ports, controls and mounting points remain totally accessible.No need to remove the case to use all functions of the unit.Design also provides protection against inadvertent tuning on of the unit.I am confident it would prevent case damage if dropped. Unit still fits in the Case Logic AGPS-2 3.5" case even with the Speck Toughskin on it which shows how snug the Speck Toughskin fits. Well worth the price.
Rating: - work around for windshield clip
The Speck case fits snugly around the Nuvi 260 but its thickness prevents the Garmin windshield mount from wrapping around the Nuvi and clicking into position. I first trimmed a bit off of each end of the case hoping that would hold the clip. It would, but would keep falling off. So, I then put the clip on the 260 without the case and then inserted it in the case to see where the ball clip was. I then cut a small hole and trimmed around it to let the ball through.
