Rating: - great case
this is a wonderful case, i read some reviews that people were not happy with the clip, too difficult to use but they must have changed the design because i find it very easy, it's just a caribeaner (sp) but in a round shape. it protects the unit great, i like to clip it to my belt loop and it is easy to view and adjust there.
Rating: - Piece o' junk
The case is too tight and puts pressure on the electronics inside, causing them to malfunction.
I had trouble with the Zen freezing and having to be reset via a paper clip or push pin. At first I thought it was the player and I was bummed about maybe having to send it back.
My dad then suggested taking the case off and seeing what happened. I did so and it has not frozen up since.


Rating: - Avoid this case!
It's tight fit is also its main problem.The rear of the case scrapes the back of the player every time you slide it on or off.If you want to keep you player looking good, avoid this product.

This product is a good idea if you are looking for a nice elegant stand and protector.

The case does what is supposed to.Had to reinsert and clean the face a couple of times, but it is fine.
