The Clarks Falcon is a stylish comfortable shoe.My first pair of Clarks, as normally I would have bought boat shoes from Timberland or Rockport or Sperry.I've worn all of those brands, but the Clark is muchmore comfortable right out of the box.Soft leather and great padding.There's no "breaking in" period, you just wear them all day.Other leather boat shoes tend to be very ridig and hard at the start and require a lot of wearing to make them comfortable.Not with the Clarks Falcon.... I've owned no less than five pairs of the Clark's Men's Falcon Oxford shoes.I bought all but the last pair at local stores thinking I needed to be sure of a good fit.I resorted to Amazon because I could find them nowhere else in the last few years.I tried some that looked similar and ended up with terrible blisters.I can wear these all day with or without socks and never have a problem.So, what do you have to sacrifice for such comfort?Nothing - they possess style that looks great anywhere, ... These shoes are relatively hard to find in stores.I have always loved Clarks shoes, but these are my favorites.Very comfortable as Clarks always are, but also very handsome and you can't beat the price compared to other shoes of this type and style and quality.I bought an extra pair too, but I still wear some 10 yr old versions of this shoe as well.Versatile for casual wear, and feel great sock-less.
