- Hard to believe
This year I started doing back to back classes at my gym that were very stressful on my knees, lots of dance moves, step, high energy, etc. I developed tendinitus so bad I thought I would have to give up the classes.
I bought this product for each knee and have used it three times at these classes. The first time I couldnt believe it, I was practically pain free the whole 2 hours.....the second time it was not as good, but I believe that is because I had them too tight (another reviewer cautioned ... Read More

I bought to use for bowling.I use to bowl 3 games and would limp out.Now I have as many as 7 games without any pain.

May be helpful for tendonitis symptoms below the kneecap, but not so much for other knee injuries.
