- Phenomenal techie watch
Do I really go hiking that much, no.When I do, then I will bring this watch and its user guide book.I returned a cool looking G-shock because it was bulky. This watch diameter is large, but it looks fine, since the band don't protrude out like my G-shock.Also it is much thinner and lighter than most Pathfinders, since it is mad mostly of plastic. The silver plastic is a little cheap, and I got some nicks on it already, wished it was so lightweight metal.

- Great Watch
This the second Casio Pathfinder solar atomic I have purchased. The first worker beautifully, but was too big for daily wear. Great for bike rides in the Rockies or for hikes. For daily, non dress, I wore a Casio G-shock. What I wanted was a daily watch that had all the pathfinder features but was not huge. This watch is not small, but works for every day wear. What is not to like, perfect time, never needs a battery, tons of features, looks good and is essentially bullet proof. Have had other brands ... Read More

- Nice Timepiece, But...
Had the watch for 5 months, here's what I think
Pros: It does all what it says!! Slim design, light weight, large display easy to read at a glance, Solar charging is ok so far, I don't really charge it that much but the indicator is at High.
Timer, stopwatch and alarms all working good, digital compass is accurate, Atomic time keeping is really great.
Cons:
- Rubber band sucks!
- Altimeter always off, not accurate at all, tried to adjust it several times then gave up on ... Read More

- Wrist band
The Men's Pathfinder watch (#PAW1300-1V) for one month +/-The shipment was prompt, the box was adequate and the watch arrived functional.Watch setting directions were easy to follow providing the user reviews the directions frequently as they adjust the watch.
The watch band, is functional. The band's material &appearance and feels "cheap". The material is stiff and continues to be so even though the watch is removed twice (minimum) daily.Today January 6th I noted the battery charge ... Read More

- Cool, not too chunky and simple to use compared to...
...my old Suunto.I dig this watch. The only thing is that the solar charge has not seemed to last that long.May be a bit premature for me to comment on this though. If I were wearing it with short sleeves and all the time, this would probably not be an issue and you'd probably see 5 stars. But even if the crystal display has gone blank, put it up to a light for 2 seconds and voila, back in biz. Also much cheaper through this seller than I saw, for instance, in a National Geographic catalogue....
