- Who needs apple?
You can pay way too much for an ipod shuffle if you want, but this little unit has a screen (shuffle does not) and has an FM radio (shuffle does not) and plays mp3s just like an ipod.
Simply drag and drop the music you want loaded and you are ready to go.Some reviewers have complained about battery life, but we haven't experienced that problem with either clip that we own.
I highly recommend this product.

My first sansa clip was a 1 gb that lasted about 15 months before dying on me one day: it no longer charged, wasn't recognized by my computer, nothing. At that time, and especially since i'd paid $32 for it, I considered that a fair enough lifespan (my ipod shuffle began having problems at 11 months, and cost double the clip). So I bought this second 2 gb clip a few months ago, and within a week it was "playing dead." I downloaded the necessary software and it seemed ok. But then five weeks ago it ... Read More

It is perfect for what I wanted in an MP3 player.It works well with VISTA and windows Media player.It has a long charge too.Easy menu to go through your songs.Haven't tried all the features yet, but hope to this summer on vacation.

This is my second SanDisk Sansa Clip 2 GB MP3 Player.I use them for Audio Books and they work terrific for this medium.They play both MP3 and WMA files.They start exactly where you left off and have an excellent fast forward, slow forward and fast rewind, slow rewind feature.
For anyone who is not a high tech expert, the SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 player is a virtual dream.It is so easy to use and understand.And, on top of everything else, it is very affordable!

The Sansa Clip 2GB is a really great little MP3 player!Holds enough for several days listening.Very easy PC (WinVista in my case) interface.Screen is small but very clear & visible.Controls are easy and intuitive after briefly scanning the instructions.Also includes FM and voice/FM recording to MP3's.The provided earbuds are adequate (I use noise-reducing headphones, a gift from my wife).As a bonus, it can be charged from any powered USB mini-connection, while playing or not.Highly recommended!
