The product came right away and was well-packaged.
The actual Neti Pot is very easy to use since it: fits comfortably in the hand, seals the nostril effectively, and comes with clear instructions. This Neti pot is also fool-proof since you use everything in the pot in one nostril and then repeat the process in the other nostril (instead of having to know when you have used half of the solution and then switch to the other nostril, as with other neti pots on the market).

Extremly effective for sinus problems.Even if you are not sinus medication, you can use it!
Little secret; after you do Neti for couple of weeks, you notice significant decrese in dark circle under your eye!!

It works and only one scoop of the salt is necessary.More than that will sting.Follow the instructions regarding the positioning of your head while cleaning your nostril.Otherwise, it DOES go to the back of the throat.Be consistent in use to maintain clear sinuses.

This Neti pot sinus cleansing kit has delivered more relief than anything I've ever tried for my nasal allergies. Wouldn't be without it. At night I can breathe freely through my nose - something I could not say prior to my regular use of this Neti pot kit. My doctor advised me to try this (she also prescribed Flonase, which I take at night). If you have ongoing problems with nasal inflammation and congestion, give this a try.
