I use candied nuts in my catering all the time and sometimes don't have the time to make the caramel, so i end up paying store prices for already made nuts. Then i found nut roaster at target. it works great especially if you use the powders they sell. Actually i prefer smooth glassy candied nuts as opposed to the ones that are more bumpy sugar coated, kind of dull finish. so i've found that using their caramel corn mix works better and faster even then the toffee glaze.(the caramel corn powder ...
