- Wish the design were a little better
So I've had this case for about 9 months now. When I first got it, I was very impressed with the overall quality and look (I have the orange and white one...love the available colors) with the only downside being that the screen is a little off in alignment with the cut-out hole.After about 2-3 months, the velcro on the side tab became pretty much useless and no longer sticks.Recently, however, the case has become looser in fit around the ipod (I guess that leather probably streches over time) ... - great looking case but not very durable
I have the case for a few months now. The cover on the face side started to wear off at the place where the velcro is attached. And the whole case just is not that tight anymore. My ipod slides out sometimes when I open the case.

So I got the new Ipod Touch 2G and for some reason nobody (not even the Apple store!) has any cases out for it yet. The back of the ITouch gets realllyy scratched up, no matter how careful you are with it so you definitely need a case.
After doing A LOT of research (and not finding much), I decided to go ahead and purchase this case. I'm really glad I did because it fits my ITouch 2G perfectly (and looks great..I lovvve the color combo). It's nice and soft on the inside and very sturdy on the ... Read More

Looks and holds up very nicely. I like the color combination, the brown goes very well with the light pink. Provides access to earphone and dock connector, so you don't have to take iPod out everytime you need to charge or update it. However it gets a little tight sometimes, because part of the fabric can cover the earphone jack and you need to adjust the iPod so the earphone can be plugged in. I also don't like the velcro type closing, as it gets soft and "unsticky" with wear. With someone who opens ... Read More

I have a second generation ipod touch, but I took my chances on using this first gen cover, and I love it!! I need to pull it out to dock it on my speakers,(but I have never found a cover I can leave on for that). I can throw it in my purse, or anywhere else, and have no worries. It can be a little difficult to hit the pad on the edges, but I got used to it, if you have big fingers, you might have more trouble with that. I didn't take away a star because it is workable for me. The workmanship is excellent. ... Read More
