The Panasonic KX-TG8232B DECT 6.0 Expandable Digital Cordless Phone System with Two Handsets uses the latest DECT 6.0 (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) technology for outstanding range and clarity. It operates on the 1.9 GHz frequency for less interference from household items such as wireless networks, keyboards, and microwaves, and is less susceptible to eavesdropping. Two handsets are included and up to four additional handsets can be used with the base unit without any need for wires or setup.
An all-digital answering system is built into the base and features flash memory that holds 16 minutes of recording time. The phonebook can hold 50 entries and the Caller ID can be linked to the phonebook so that a certain color gets flashed depending on who is calling. Call-waiting Caller ID shows you the name and number of an incoming call even while you are already on a call. Digital duplex speakerphones are built into the back of both handsets for clear hands-free conversations.

This Phone has all the features that I was looking for.Its small and Lightweight. It uses a pair of Rechargeable AAAbattries which is excellent.Amazingly the charge on it lasts for much longer than most of the cordless phones that I have used.Usage of Cordless phones in our house is quite a bit.Every weekend we make international calls talking to friends and family and we use the Speaker phone feature quite a bit.Excellent voice quality and clarity on the speaker phone.Mute button on ... We really like the Panasonic Expandable Digital Cordless Dect 6.0 Phone System (KXTG8232B. It has great voice clarity, easy joystick to navigate. It is not rocket science to use all the features on this phone. The only grouse I have is, the recent calls list is not easily accessible, need to go through a loop, when we are in a hurry, it is hard sometimes. We use this phone for more than 5-6 hours a day at a stretch for office calls and the battery life is excellent. The color screen is definitely a ... Read More

These are great phones. I like the graphics. I love that they are light and have great sound quality.

easy to set up and use. Good tone. I replaced phones that were getting noise from my wi-fi. This fixed it.

I truly love this phone. From the color to the volume (loud)to all the other features (which work great) it is truly a great phone. This is my first Panasonic, but will not be my last one if they work this good. I have some hearing loss and phones have become a nightmare for me (trying to find the right one with good volume control and clear speech). This phone is really awesome for anyone with hearing impairments as the volume is higher than any other cordless I've had (and I've had about 10 of them ... Read More
