- BEST TEA MAKER EVER!
This is a fantastic Iced Tea Maker!I do not like plastic anything and particularily if you are putting hot water in it.This has a glass pitcher!It is the only glass pitcher that I have ever seen for making Iced Tea!Truly would recommend this product!

I ordered this through Amazon last week. When it arrived the glass pitcher was shattered inside the box. I called the manufacturer and was told that the pitcher was on back order. It will be next month before I can make my first glass of tea!

- Great Tea, Cheap Glass Pitchcer
I had this tea maker for 2 full weeks. LOVED the tea and I loved the fact that the pitcher was glass instead of plastic (because of all the heat and plastic cancer rage).I made a total of three patches of tea over the course of the 2 weeks and I got up this morning to find a crack in the pitcher.I have no kids and I have made it a point to be very delicate with the glass.Not a great choice. I am going back to the original Mr. Coffee or Hamilton Beach models.

I love this tea maker for all the same reasons that have been listed here by many. I had Mr. Coffee before and I would say this one is slightly better. The whole process of brewing and cleaning up is much easier with this unit and I do like the glass jar, but keep wondering how long before I break it! My only knock with this unit is that it has no feature that allows the bags to soak in the hot water to make stronger tea. I end up having to use four family size tea bags to get the strength I want ... Read More
