Kind of hard to go wrong with this product.It's a plastic pot that fits in your nose.I do highly recommend neti washing; it's kept my nose clear for practicing Qigong and has kept my allergies to a minimum this season. I suppose my only qualm would be that they called it "non-breakable" instead of simply plastic. I would definitely recommend a plastic neti pot over a ceramic one.
