Rating: - Less Oil used Wok
This wok is very good to cook with less oil or even no oil.It is good for cooking stew, but remember that don't put too much water when you just cooking stew.Otherwise, you will find out that you will cook the stew forever to get the water reduced. That is what I like it about. However, it is not for quick stir fry like the traditional Chinese Wok.
