- Great sound but not travel speakers...
These are indeed wonderful speakers for their size and weight but be warned - they are not travel speakers for the sole reason that, unlike every other electronic product like this, it does not come with a power brick which would allow one to use it in any country with just an adapter. The unit is hard-wired with no range whatsoever and carrying a transformer around is not really possible. Don't get caught out like me - I will have to return them tomorrow and continue my search for decent portable ... Read More

As you probably know, there aren't many cradle systems for Sony Walkman MP3 players. I bought a series 818 Walkman and wanted something that would recharge the player and allow me to listen to tunes at the same time.I have this system in my large cathedral-ceiling great room, so it has a big job to do.It would be great in a smaller space.The subwoofer goes on the floor, out of sight, and the speaker unit with remote is easy to use.I also have a line-in from my laptop so that I can listen to ...
