Product was as advertised, identical to the original equipment on the steam mop. This is the heavier of the replacement pads available. The shipment was delivered promptly, in good packaging.

I ordered two extra sets of replacement pads when I bought my Bissell steam mop. These extra pads are great and allow me to change the pads frequently when needed. They are just like the ones that come with the steam mop, so there is no problem fitting these onto the mop head, but if you find it difficult then dampen the pad and it goes on even easier.
