- Lightweight but useful
These spatulas are a little less substantial than I imagined, but they seem to be able to handle fairly heavy loads. I'm a little nervous about using them in any really HOT pan. I bought them because they looked as though they would be good turners for anything very greasy or oily.

When I received these in the mail I thought how flimsy and overpriced.I would have not purchased them if had I seen them in the store. I figured since I now owned them to give them a chance. Was I wrong! That night I made crepes (10 inch size) for supper and I used the large spatula.It went right under the crepe and flipped with the greatest of ease.I would have never believed it that morning. Rachel's stuff is a little more expensive but I like all of it. The spatulas are strong and long enough to get under just about any cut of meat or chicken, turnover or cookie.
