After waiting a month for the video to arrive, I received the message that it would not be shipped.I was very disappointed as I needed this video to practice for a talent show - our group at school had been using an old VCR tape.We now have a very short amount of time to make other arrangements.This was not a good Amazon experience! If I feel like taking it easy I'll put in this DVD, otherwise, the routines are pretty lame-o.But great if you're more than 50 lbs. overweight since it's low impact.Simmons is self-indulgent and seems to be doing the steps as they come to him.We're not given any warning or heads up when he suddenly goes into the next bit.The live band is a distraction (as good as they are) because Simmons bounces and squeals like a school girl after every song.I just want a challenging, no-nonsense workout, ... I can not give this item a good review nor can I give the person I purchased this from (dvdlegacy) a good review.I purchased this item on February 20, 2009 and it is March 23, 2009 and I have not received this item yet.Personally, I feel that the 2/27-3/16 ship date was more than enough time to get this to me, but now its past that date and Ive tried to contact the seller twice and have not gotten a response yet.Is this good customer service?
