- Sloped sides make cooking surface too small
I returned this, so I don't have it handy for measurements.The severely sloped sides of this pan, which measures 12" on the top, mean that the actual cooking surface is less than 10".That's why I returned it.Other than that, it had a nice heft to it and the material seemed fine (although I didn't actually cook with it).Just be aware that the sides slope more than most skillets.

This skillet is exactly what I was looking for.It is light weight, with a great finish and the handle stays cool.I can't say enough good things about it. So glad I got it!!
