- enamel interior?
I've used the pan just twice now. Grilled some steak and bacon for a sandwich, and made Paninis tonight. My major concern is that the interior is not enameled. The interior has a rough service much closer to cast iron then the smooth glossy outside. Also the bread I cooked stuck a bit to the pan. But I was cooking a at a higher then needed heat. I do like that the knob is removable for oven cooking but I'm worried the screw for the knob might break at some point as it is some what loose. So for the ... Read More
