the seller bipali-best-bargains didn't send any contact info.The pkg arrived early but there were problems w/the watch like the instructions where not worth a dam & I had to figure out how to program the watch my self & once I did get it programmed.It worked 2feet from the TV no more. Oh & in rain it stops working so don't get it wet.I would not buy from bipali-best-bargains again.
