Rating: - If you player dies, no customer support with paying a fee.
I really loved this player when it worked. One day it just died . . . wouldn't charge, sync with computer or turn on, nothing. Left there messages with customer support online and three weeks later I have received no reply. Even if you call within the standard one year warranty period there is customer support by within warrant period without having to pay a fee.

If this is fixed for me I will change this review . . . until then I will never by a Creative product again.

Yes, it's an amazing mp3 player with great functions, but the battery life is too short (just a few months), I bought 2 ZEN, the first ZEN died in 5 months, and the second in 7.

I bought this mp3 player a moth ago as a replacement for an ipod that was stolen.I'm not fan of Apple, and considering their market dominance, decided to buy a non-ipod MP3 player.My previous mp3 player was an 80GB video ipod, so I set out to buy the largest mp3 player I could find with a reasonable price.This Zen was what I settled on after some cursory research.I am disappointed, to say the least.

Rating: - Nice player, but the LCD turned blank after less than year
This was my first portable media player. I really enjoyed it until the LCD turned blank after only less than a year of use. Right now, I am using Apple Ipod Nano and it's way better than this.

I purchased the Zen after looking at many different mp3 players. I previously owned the Creative Zen touch and one day it stopped working, needless to say I was very unhappy. Anyways, so far so good with this one. I've had to reset it 2 times, not sure why, but I love the color screen, the music sounds great, over all a good product. The program for putting songs on there is okay. I don't like that its only drag and drop for each different folder I create and some files attach random pictures to songs ... Read More
