- Fast results!
I love this workout!Yes, you will be challenged - anyone who says otherwise needs to raise their weights or move faster! The 2nd best part is that the 3-2-1 intervals make it move fast for you - just when you think you can't go on, you know you are about to switch. The 1st best part is the fast results!I have only lost 3 lbs., but that was not my goal. After the first 10 days, my clothes fit better, and I have lost inches everywhere.I have not made it to the 3rd workout yet, but am pleased ... - Jillian Rocks!
This woman is a warrior. I've been doing this DVD for 2 weeks now, and I have to say she's tough but really good. She's challenged me more than any of the other workout tapes I've tried so far.
She accepts NO excuses and she also shares some advise while working out. I leave the cover out and on top of my DVD player on purpose because I can't ignore her. I feel she's watching me and if I try to skip a day I can hear her yelling "you got to work for it if you want to look this good!"

- 20 minutes of butt-kicking
I have to say that the workouts seriously kick my butt. I'm in pretty good shape and at a beginner/moderate level of fitness.
About the workout: There are no breaks. The workouts are only 20 minutes long and you work for the full 20. Jillian is a pretty good motivator. The workout is done in circuits of strength, cardio, and abs. The exercises are basic moves such as lunges, squats, flys, and rows. Some people may get bored with such basic moves, but for the choreography challenged (me), ... Read More

- Amazing!
Wow, after doing this for the past 2 weeks, I'm so impressed with Jillian. The first few times- and actually still sometimes!- I feel like I am not going to get all the way through.I started with Level 1, after a few days moved on to level 2.I stayed at level 2 for 10 days and the last few days I finally got to Level 3- woohoo! This is a majorly intense workout- don't let the "20 minutes" fool you.But it's such a great feeling of accomplishment when you get to Level 3.I am already noticing results ... - Great Work Out!
Whether you're a beginner or advanced, this work out will work for you.Jillian doesn't blather, she works. She makes you work and she makes sense.3 levels, 3-6 minute segments w/a short warm up and cool down in each. Also, she is backed by 2 other exercisers, one doing the exercises at an easier level (e.g. not as deep with lunges and squats) the other doing them at a higher intensity (e.g. literally kicking herself in the [...]).The only drawback is that she doesn't do a modified jumping jack or the ...
