This woman is a warrior. I've been doing this DVD for 2 weeks now, and I have to say she's tough but really good. She's challenged me more than any of the other workout tapes I've tried so far.

She accepts NO excuses and she also shares some advise while working out. I leave the cover out and on top of my DVD player on purpose because I can't ignore her. I feel she's watching me and if I try to skip a day I can hear her yelling "you got to work for it if you want to look this good!"

I have to say that the workouts seriously kick my butt. I'm in pretty good shape and at a beginner/moderate level of fitness.

About the workout: There are no breaks. The workouts are only 20 minutes long and you work for the full 20. Jillian is a pretty good motivator. The workout is done in circuits of strength, cardio, and abs. The exercises are basic moves such as lunges, squats, flys, and rows. Wow, after doing this for the past 2 weeks, I'm so impressed with Jillian.The first few times- and actually still sometimes!- I feel like I am not going to get all the way through.I started with Level 1, after a few days moved on to level 2.I stayed at level 2 for 10 days and the last few days I finally got to Level 3- woohoo!This is a majorly intense workout- don't let the "20 minutes" fool you.But it's such a great feeling of accomplishment when you get to Level 3.I am already noticing results ...
