- Starts Strong Ends So-so
The first two months of use nothing sticks to this GreenPan. After that, EVERYTHING sticks whether or not you use oils or sprays. You have to be extraordinarily careful with the pan, use only low heat and use non-silicone sprays or olive oils. Don't overheat with any kind of food in it or it will permanently ruin the pan (and no amount of soaking will release burnt food). If gently used, it cleans up very easy (including stuck-on egg). The GreenPans are rather lightweight and don't cook very evenly. ... Read More

Be aware, no matter how carefully you treat this pan, after a few weeks your food will stick, not as much as on regular pans, but more than on Teflon.However, if you don't want to breathe the fumes from Teflon this is a good choice.

I was really excited about this pan and for the first few months it worked great.It was so slippery while things cooked in it and I thought - Ok I've found an excellent non-stick.
Unfortunately, a few months later, I am now tossing it.Things began sticking, cleaning it became harder and now it's just not worth it at all anymore.It's interesting to note that I only use it to make eggs for breakfast -- that's it.I've never used it for anything else and it still didn't last me long. ... I did quite a bit of research on GreenPan before I made the commitment to purchase one. I read, as probably you have, a lot of negative reviews about the pan. However, there were also positive reviews also, which was rather puzzling. In spite of this, I decided that the only way to find out was to buy one. So I purchased the 8" GreenPan under the Martha Stewart brand.

So nice to go back to non-stick, and it works really well.don't believe the silly negatives in some e-worlds about the labels, they peel right off once you get the edge started.Awesome for breakfast eggs - no butter even!!Happy at breakfast.
