This ice cream maker is exactly what i wanted it to be!!i've had it several months now and can't tell you how many batches I've made that have come out wonderful.The recipe book included is great and you can easily add to the recipes for your own touch.I just got through making 2 different batches (peppermint and strawberry) for a church gathering.
The ice cream comes out a little soft, but just stick it in the freezer for a couple hours, you've got delicious homemade ice cream ... Read More

What a concept!An electric ice cream maker for indoors, no salt, no ice, and made by Cuisinart!Must be great!
I didn't buy or try it with frozen yogurt or sorbet in mind, but for ice cream it is a complete waste of money.I froze the tank, according to instructions, before each use - 24 hours!I used the Cuisinart recipe, plus two old family foolproof recipes.On all 3 occasions, the ice cream didn't even nearly freeze at the recommended 20 - 25 minutes.You can only churn it for ...
