I've been using this device three years. I have nothing but positive things to say.I mix 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon hydrogen peroxide into a quart of filtered water which is then warmed in the microwave.( I'm going to add xylitol to the mix soon.)Works like a charm.Whenever I'm plugged up or sneezing, this relieves the congestion. You must endure a runny nose for half an hour but it is well worth it.I'm not a medicine taker or a health nut, but I do endorse this ... Read More

i purchased this item after spending tons of money on other nasel rinseproducts. after having and using this products for 3 weeks i dod not feel any different. i know this productgs wasnt going to cure mt allegies, but i did hope it would make my symptoms better.

I've been using a squeeze bottle irrigation system and found it to be clumsy. Although it did do the job, I was seeking (by order of my doctor) to find an electric method of irrigation. I read many of the reviews on the Grossan and figured I'd give it a try.
I got it yesterday and immediately used it...I have to say it worked splendidly. On the medium / low setting ½ the container per side lasted a good long time of irrigation, so it wasn't over in 5 seconds like the squeeze type. Each ... Read More

My son and I have chronic sinusitis. This irrigation system is awesome at clearing out our sinuses. The pulsing action I think is key - we've tried a netti pot with no results. If you get post nasal drip, the irrigation will do wonders!!!
Highly recommended if you suffer from sinusitis, allergies, or post nasal drip.

Our son has serious allergy problems that make it hard for him to breath at night especially. He just couldn't sleep, and was getting so tired we ended up keeping him out of school for several days. We tried all sorts of medication, and ended up at the emergency room in sheer despair. Doctors suggested nasal irrigation, and we ordered the Grossan system immediately.
