Rating:
- great sound, battery, software, not the greatest for audio books
Great sound, interface, battery life, desktop software.
Just the right size.
If I had a magic wand, I'd give it the power to save bookmarks and make it remember where I paused in an audio book.
It forgets where you last were if you change from say an audio book to your music collection or the radio or if you download something onto it from your PC.And the fast forward is slow, so it's not very versatile or practical with audio books.
Maybe a future firmware ... Read More

- DON'T BUY CREATIVE!
The first mp3 player I bought was by Sony and it has worked pretty well, but since I didn't care for the design or the menu, I thought I'd buy a different brand this time around. The Stone really appealed because of its price, looks, and features. So I spent a lot of time reading reviews and despite the number of people that said theirs randomly stopped working, I still ending up ordering a Stone because of the price.

- Great Birthday Presents
This is my second player, and it makes great birthday presents for the money! It is a big hit, and very small, but everyone loves the sound quality.I am very happy with it.

- Fun Toy for a Great Value
This delivers on everything I was looking for in a small MP3 player. It's tiny, but the LCD screen and even the built-in speaker are more than sufficient.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The drag and drop software included couldn't be easier to use, and is included in the player, so you don't have to pop in a separate CD to set up.It comes with a silicon cover with a handy hook that you can easily snap on to your shirt or pocket, and you're ready to go.
