This product does not work with Vonage, it continuasly dropps calls within 2 minutes of being on the phone.

Phones seemed fine but one handset stayed lighted all the time so I returned the whole thing.Also, I tried to use the phone with a headset (the same one I use everyday with my cell) and the party I was speaking with could not understand a word.Don't know why that was!

After much trial and error I finally found a cordless phone I like.This is a good solid unit that fits nicely in the hand. The caller ID is easy to read and the unit has the best sound quality I have experienced in a coldless phone.It is a bit heavy for extended use, but that is true of all units with lighted keypads.

They came out of the box looking new, however I feel they may be refurbished.Sporadically short out, cut off, etc.

This system did not work with existing phones already in the home, as the two caused major static, making it impossible to speak when both were in use.The Uniden phone had to be returned, to be replaced with a Motorola model, which was the one we had in the house originally.
