This stuff is just what the doctor ordered.I had pulled a muscle in my neck and applied a very small amount of biofreeze, whalla!!!The company is wonderful too, product delivered just as promised.Need to recommend this one to friends.I broke my ankle one year ago and have had lingering nerve pain and tightening of my plantar fascia will have to give it a try tonight (that's when its most painful).What have you got to lose -$10..?Give it a try - you'll just love this product.

I really love this stuff. I have a terrible time with my knee after arthroscopy surgery and I cover my whole knee with the biofreeze and it eases the pain about 90%. I also have arthritis and fibromyalgia and use it every time I have a flare up and it does help me.
