I see that some people have had problems with their phones. I haven't had any problems at all and have mostly had a positive experience with this system.Lets put this in perspective; for about $300 we bought a complete 2 line wireless phone system for a 6 person office.The battery life is excellent, the sound quality is excellent and the features are extensive.There are some improvements I would like to see, such as a universal phone list for all extensions.

Good value in a 2 line phone.Sound is clear.Good range. Only slight irritation: there is a slight delay when answering until the connection is open.Haven't used the answering machine yet, so can't comment on it.

I bought six of these phones primarily because at the time it was the only 2 line Dect phone on the market.From the very beginning the poorly engineered belt clips began to break and have now broken through very normal use on four of the six phones.I have contacted customer service now four times and have gotten zero assistance in either replacing the belt clips or them honoring the supposed two year warranty.It is absolutely criminal how this company can treat customers the way it does with a ... My work habits depend upon a reliable speakerphone, as I need both hands for the computer or writing.This one was so poor that I have to use a headset, which is not as comfortable.Thompson said the will sent me a new one ion 3-5 weeks with a prepaid shipping label to return the original one, and I can only hope that the new one will work, as I am otherwise stuck with the five handsets that I bought with it.I double that I can use them with another manufacturer's base unit if the replacement base ...
