Product arrived in good shape and in an acceptable time frame. Product works fine and is totally satisfactory.

The dimm light setting is very bright, the phone is hard to hang up and in a short conversation you will probably click your caller away several times either you will hit the flash button or the disconnect switch so you will be trying to continue your conversations several times it is extremely annoying and a bad design for the phone. Plus no speaker phone

I purchased this phone about 18 months ago and really liked it.The phone is a little difficult to pick up out of the cradle, but you get used to it.The phone was just what I was looking for and I really liked it, however, the display light recently went out and now the display numbers are garbled so I cannot set the time, etc.I am going to purchase another one, and hopefully the new one will last longer.

It works great and is small enough so it does not take up so much room on the bedside table. I would recommend this product.
