- No ERASE button??
My priority with a telephone is sound quality. This phone was adequate but had a few features that drove me nuts.Mainly, one can not erase a message until the entire message completes.There is no ERASE button anywhere on the phone.It only appears on the screen after the message completes.Are you kidding me?Who thought of this?I could not live with this phone and returned it immediately.

I have had the phone for several weeks now and it has been terrific.The speaker phone works incredibly well and the base also has a headphone jack (the cordless handset has a headphone jack as well).I haven't had to use a headset with the base as the sound quality on the speaker phone has been superb.The base has a lot of configurable options and even has a DND (do not disturb) function where you can set a DND duration and the base will not ring while you are on another call.The cordless ... We are using this product in a SOHO (Small Office Home Office) installation, audio clarity is great, range is excellent and most features make it great to support a business.

- Volume inadequate
Even though the system has lots of features, the most important one was severely lacking. Even having the volume for the handset at 5 (highest), you could barely hear the person on the other end. And no, I'm not deaf or hard of hearing.
I quickly went back to my old Motorola system.
Rating: - Not Recommended
I purchased this phone with 3 additional handsets. Calls were disconnected frequently and all phones would display "Unavailable", "Out of Range" simultaneously, right next to the base.Also very hard to hear.
I called customer service and received VERY poor support, and a "supervisor" (was not a supervisor) returned my call and gave no further assistance.
I am returning these phones.
