- The poor man's Cashmere Mafia.
Weaker character and falser plotlines than the also-in-first-season Cashmere Mafia - conflicts of femininity and career success is the battleground and Cashmere Mafia occupies all the high ground. Lipstick is forgettable, uninspired, and a mockery of its rival. Its creators aught to put this one in the win column if NBC airs the whole season, if not cutting it sooner.

- Awesome Series that's Relatable to Modern, Ambitious Women
As an ambitious woman in her twenties, it's refreshing to finally see powerful, accomplished, career-minded women portrayed in a real way. The plot is exciting & enticing. - So-so
I watched the "free premier" on amazon unbox and was not impressed. I didn't find anything to like or hate in any of the characters...so why bother when there are so many other shows out there like Cashmere Mafia that have me captivated.

- So far so good
I am enjoying this show.Certainly not as good as Sex and the City and I wish they would stop trying to make the comparasion.Yes is is from the same author and Candace is great. But the characters are different.
I hope that it is not cancelled once I really get into it.

FIRST of all the person who said you can only see it on Vista is confused.. I have XP and had NO problem viewing this at all.
I liked the show.. first episodes are always ones that take a little time to flesh out.. but I find myself interested in where this was going.. I actually like it better then Cashmere Mafia... its a show that given time to develop could do really well, hopefully it WONT be pulled before it has a chance to do just that.
