This player is the best thing next to an Ipod which I couldn't afford for my wife. She is so happy to have this and be able to watch her favorite movies when we go out places and she gets bored with me LOL. I am so glad to have found something for her since she is so hard to buy for. And Pro Ebiz is fantastic as far as support goes. She converts her movies into the correct format and she is in heaven. All I have to do is keep up with the mini discs it takes to hold all her movies. Thanks Pro Ebiz.

After extensive research I was a little skeptical of purchasing this product. Thursday night I purchased this and Monday morning it was delivered to my job site. Packaging was perfect. I purchased a 16gb while my husband purchased the 4gb player, after 1week the screen on the 4gb went BLANK. I have an 30g Ipod 5th generation and decided to purchcase the 16gb mp4 player for about $72 because of the ease of file conversion and the supposedly longer battery life, however it wasn't as easy as they claim and so far I've only been able to play avi files only. I received this item, wary of some complaints customers have had, and let me say: This thing rocks! It packs an amazing amount of features for the price. I've already beat the thing to heck in back (Had a hard crash on my PC while it was still plugged in) and it works great. Never freezes, touchscreen has good sensitivity (after calibration).
