- Panasonic KX-TG4321B Digital Cordless Answering System
replacement of old cordless phone with new technology 5.8 GHz answering system. It works well, was fairly easy to set up and start using, and lots of "bells and whistles". Still haven't got the hang of using it with hearing aid; unfortunately, no Blue Tooth so cannot use Phonax. But it's loud enough with speaker phone that I don't really have a problem. It is expandable to multiple handsets, but we just need one for now. Good reception throughout the house.

Bought this phone less than a year ago, and it suddenly stopped working.No water damage, wasn't dropped, hit with a hammer, or set afire.Very frustrating experience that has us avoiding future Panasonic phones in the future.I'd recommend others exercise caution when weighing the pros and cons with this phone.

When I went looking for a new cordless phone I wanted some pretty specific things: answering machine, changeable easy to find batteries, expandable, and it had to be digital. Answering machine is an easy to explain reason. I really wanted batteries I could replace without spending a fortune (you can buy replacement batteries almost anywhere since they are AAA). I have purchased this item. It is very difficult to hear people. It is very difficult to operate. If you are not experienced with how phones need to be programed then I do not recommend.
