I didn't even know this existed until I saw it in a specialty store for twice the Amazon price. I was concerned about the metal steamers in my coated pots. This has worked in the smallish 1 1/2 qt saucepan as well as the large 10 1/4 covered saute pan. The loopy handles will fold into the pan but have worked well to lift the steamer, also. I would say be careful because it is flexible. I have loaded it up and had no trouble. There are also plenty of vents for the steam to get to the food. The base ... Read More

This steamer is great.Fairly non-stick, easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to store.
