I do a bunch of cooking on the side including family gatherings etc.This is NOT your typical roaster in my book.What appeals to me the most is the inside pan will lift out of the entire unit.This makes this electric roaster a dual purpose item.You can put cassaroles in it...you can heat and keep warm anything you want which appeals to me because I do some catering on the side.This item makes keeping food hot so easy!Cooking any large meat item becomes a breeze!Anyone who cooks knows ... I am so pleased with this roaster.I had read all the roaster reviews so I was prepared for the burn off only instead of the 5 or 7 hours required by the nesco roaster my smell was gone in less than an hour.And what an easy way to cook a turkey.Came out nice and brown and very moist.YUM.Now I am looking for a smaller one for cooking a ham or roast when
