These MidNite tabs actually work. I take them around 15-20 minutes before Igo to sleep, and off to lala land I go. They disolve quickly, and don't taste bad. I can't believe this stuff is all natural, as I was a Benedryl type person.The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating, is that I don't feel completely refreshed when I wake up, but that could be just me not getting enough sleep in the first place.
