- Camera flote
Have not had a chance to use it in a real lake or river but I tried it out in a friends pool and it did just what I hoped.I am not using it for an olypus so my camera may be heavier then the one it is designed for.The camera floated in the middle of the water column and I was able to reach it with little effort.

- Works with Panasonic DMC-TS1
I paired this with a Panasonic DMC-TS1 and it worked like a charm.Kept the camera near the surface and was able to wrap it around my arm when swimming through the ocean.
Rating:
- very useful in the ocean
This floating strap allowed me to throw the camera from a cliff to my daughter who was swimming in the ocean below me.It floated there while she swam to it!The strap can be worn on your arm while you move about which is very handy.

Bot this along with a new waterproof digital camera to take whitewater rafting in the Grand Canyon and didn't actually have to use it for the purpose intended (keeping camera afloat in case it falls in the water.)Never had to use it that way because every time we hit the biggest rapids, I used the adjustable tab on it to secure the camera completely around my arm, so it never left my body.Others in my group were quite impressed and asked where to buy one for themselves.

It doesnt seem secure and seems like it could easily get handled the wrong way and detach... then bam... youve lost your camera. Number 2 is that... (in my opinion makes this even more poorly designed) is that the wrist part is so big and you cant even adjust it to tighten on your wrist so it could come off really easily. So you have 2 options... ... Read More
